Our client is a multi-national infrastructure management and industrial kitchen services company with operations across the globe. They currently manage several projects for their clients in India spread across all the metros. We have been retained by them to staff their HR operations in South India. Locations: Bengaluru and Hyderabad Number of positions: 2 in each location Key responsibilities -&nbsp; - Take ownership and manage the employee life cycle for staff aligned to the respective branches and client operations - Resource management - mobilisation and deployment based on business requirements and transition plans - Work closely with the business to ensure hiring timelines are met and drive recruitment at the branch level - Drive the people management program and governance - Engage with the capability development team to create learning and development programs - Work closely with the business to track and monitor performance management, including administering the regular appraisal process - Engage with the sales and operations team to design solutions and pricing models for RFP- s - Monitoring and developing mitigation plans to stem attrition - Management reporting and compliance Candidate profile - Core HR operations experience - for Sr. Manager between 8 to 10 years of experience and for Managers between 5 to 8 years of experience - Preference shall be given to candidates who have completed their MBA in HR (Tier 2 and above institutes only) - Prior experience in managing HR operations in the hospitality or food services or facilities management industries shall be an added advantage however is not mandatory - Should have managed a team of at least 2 to 3 people directly for a year - Must have hands on experience of managing compliance's and IR related issues - Strong understanding of managing performance management in a matrix reporting environment - Willing to travel locally and between cities, outstation travel is limited to 10% of total time - Must have prior experience in managing recruitment of core operations staff - Should have strong capability for data analysis and reporting - Good communication skills and presentation skills
