Senior Manager/Manager - Human Resource - Pharma (6-10 yrs)
We have been retained by a leading Indian pharma company who is looking at expanding their operations, hence hiring a dynamic HR professional in their team to support ongoing growth.
Role Description :
The position will engage with a particular cluster of businesses and will be responsible for HR Delivery for that group and thereby providing strategic overview & managing day to day HR issues, taking HR initiatives for developing and retaining existing talent pool.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic oversight to business divisions
- Responsible for driving recruitment & selection process for the field organization.
- Participating in the Manpower process, providing appropriate advice to the business in formulating the structure & maintaining the span of control.
- Handling IR issues
- Role clarity & self-developmental plans
- Building future requisite organization in order to meet the long term people plans.
- Develop a retention strategy with an aim of engaging & retaining key talent.
- Drive the performance management process for the business.
- Drive the employee relation strategy with an objective of maintaining flexible field force.
Education: MBA
Work Experience: 8+ years- experience in HR
Skills & Competencies:
- Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and methodical result orientation.
- Analytical skills to assess and interpret key market trends to identify opportunities from a range of information sources.
- Exhibit original thinking and entrepreneurial traits with a proven track record.
- Leadership skills to engage collaborate and motivate a large team of stakeholders.
- Articulate and well-read with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Pleasing personality, assertive with good inter-personal skills and hands on approach
