Formulation Research & Development

Implementing research plan, interpreting and analyzing the formulation & revising/designing the research protocol from time to time.

Performing granulation, blending, compression and various formulation processes as per the research plan; conducting formulation optimization & process optimization studies.

Formulating strategies and ensuring smooth functioning of the Formulation Department.

- Looking after formulation development, scale-up and commercialization of the products Segregating the projects on the basis of importance and completing development of stable bio-equivalent formulation on time, in-line with the communication from senior management Involved in formulation development scale up and commercialization of the products Communicating with the management from time to time on the progress of the projects / analyzing the formulation and analytical data and revising/designing the research protocol from time to time Significant Accomplishments Demonstrated excellence in developing a Cost effective extended release formulation Deftly identified and rectified process related issues for commercialized products.

Experience in MHRA audits is mandatory.
