Senior Manager/Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Insurance (7-10 yrs)
Role : Sr.Manager / Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis ( FP&A) - Insurance Industry
Location : Mumbai / Pune / Maharashtra
Job Description :
The Individual will be part of the FP&A team responsible for the Financial Planning process of the Company, release of the monthly MIS reports for various stakeholders.
1. Supporting the manager in planning exercise with detailed analysis and tracking of the same with actual performance ongoing basis and highlights the risks
2. Plays a pivotal role in compilation, coordination, analysis and submission of budgeting exercise for the Company.
3. Work closely with various departments across the Company to proactively provide financial insights, assess financial deviations in - Planned vs. Actuals, analyse the reasons.
4. Ensure accurate and informative shareholding deck presentations on a monthly basis.
5. Compilation of long term strategy financials, special project financials, benchmarking competitor's key parameters.
6. Sustaining and improving MIS reporting for internal divisions.
7. Develop Financial Models for forecasting and budgeting
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience:
- MBA Finance /CA, with 7 to 10 Yrs Experience
- At least 5+ years of experience and preferably in Insurance Industry.
- Should be proficient in MS Excel and Power-point
- Good communication skills
- Should have analytical skills and ability to handle pressure
