Location : Gurgaon

Job Description :

- We are looking for Manager - FP&A who will report into the AVP-FP&A and assist the Finance team in delivering superior analysis of financial and operational goals/metrics.

- The ideal candidate is someone with good analytical skills ,self driven and good puzzle solving skills . The team's mission is to provide high level financial analysis that assists in driving the business to success.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Create financial statements including pro forma financials.

- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures

- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools

- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports

- Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports

- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and capture updated financials instantly and prepare 'what if' scenarios

- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

- Effectively represent the Finance team in client-facing meetings and communications

- Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team

Preferred Candidate :

- CA / MBA with Minimum 5+ years' experience in Financial Operations

- Experience in putting together financial statements and experience with pro forma financials.

- Strong leadership skills required

- (Advanced) Hyperion and Smartview is required.

- Advanced Financial Modeling experience required.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (index match, macro)

- Ad-hoc Access DB management/maintenance

- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated

- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
