Senior Manager/Manager - Financial Accounting - FMCG/Manufacturing

Job Description :

- Prepare monthly management and board report packages for senior management within strictly defined timelines. 

- Existing reporting systems must be maintained and reviewed regularly in order to meet changing management requirements, and to make recommendations and implement relevant process improvements for the corporate accounting function.

- Financial closing and reporting for actual, budget and statutory reporting.

- Manage GL Maintenance, Chart of Accounts, Inter company reconciliations and procedures, Policies & Procedure

- Perform Fixed asset Accounting

- Direct and coordinate the management of short and long term funds and ensure that adequate strategies are developed to limit the risks associates with foreign exchange and interest rate exposure

- Maintenance of chart of accounts, cost centres and preparations of trial balances. Provide advice on account classification and account treatment under Local GAAP.

- Direct and coordinate the management of the Group's accounts payable function to provide essential administrative support to all business units.

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement

- Develop employees to their full potential through Performance Management coaching, appropriate training and education, goal setting and career development

- Ensure the integrity of monthly financial statements is maintained by conducting detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure the financial records accurately reflect the current status of transactions and events
