- Manpower Resources India (P) Limited, a leading Executive Search company offers services in Power, Steel, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Cement, Engineering space.

- We have been mandated for the below mentioned position by a large global conglomerate Automation Business.

Position : Sr. Manager/Manager, Finance and Taxation

Location: Hinjewadi Pune

Experience: 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant

Purpose of the Job: The incumbent will be responsible for a full range of tax (both direct and indirect) services, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations within the prescribed timeframes, identifying tax risks, managing tax provisions, and overseeing a range of accounting and analytical areas. You will also be responsible for managing the treasury function.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for accounting of tax entries in India and US ledgers

- Calculate advance tax and review Withholding Taxes and tax collected at source, payments and returns

- Responsible for tax audits, amendments / changes in tax law, tax return filing and compliances

- Responsible GST related compliances and audits (Statutory audit, US GAAP audit, FCPA audit)

- Responsible for handling direct and indirect tax litigation which involves extensive interaction with consultants, drafting/reviewing submissions and appearing before the authorities

- Ensure appropriate transfer pricing compliances are in place and coordinate / support consultants on transfer pricing matters

- Analyze the monthly P&L, advise corrections and rectification

- Analyze variances between forecasted and actual costs

- Manage and review cash flows

- Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and procedures and review bank reconciliations

- Ensure compliance with applicable law in respect of foreign currency transactions.
