Senior Manager / Manager Finance
Qualification - CA
Location - Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement Financial Controls and oversee financial procedure and processes
- Review budgets, cash flow, financial and management accounts
- Finalization of books of accounts, balance sheet and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements that are appropriate for all stakeholders in accordance with prevailing accounting principles
- Preparation of budget and financial forecasts
- Prepare and review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget
- Manage cash flow process including generating cash flow forecast reports
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and petty cash
- Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions
- Ensure all statutory requirements of the organization are met including income tax, sales tax etc.
- Adds value to the business by improving reporting, continuous improvement and automation to enable real time report generation
- Establish continuous engagement and communication with team and business units
- Establish personal rapport with all stakeholders through regular communication, delivering on all promises and open communication when difficulties arise
- Understanding of Finnone/ other LMS from Accounting perspective.
- Coordination with Finnone/ other LMS for integrating accounting entries in Tally.
Requirements:
- Qualification Only qualified Chartered Accountant to apply
- Experience and desired candidate profile - 5-8 years of working in Bank/NBFC in accounts, finance or controllership functions
- Proven track record and success as a value added controller
- Firm grasp on numbers
- Passion for details and ability to explain them
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendation on business issues
- Team player with demonstrated leadership traits
- Willingness to work hard and go the 'extra mile' in providing the best possible output for the organization and working towards common goal
- Should be long term focused and keen to grow with the organization
