Maintains Investor Relations Responsibilities : 1. Ensuring a proper annual business planning exercise for all stake holders of the company 2. Setting up proper systems and processes across the organization 3. Ensuring that the company functions at optimal working cycle level 4. Treasury and cash flow management 5. Corporate Governance and timely MIS reporting 6. Working with Sales team for proper incentive schemes to ensure that sales and collections are achieved as per business plan 7. Vendor Management to ensure proper supply chain management and optimal cost structure 8. Timely completion of accounting and auditing functions 9. Indirect and Direct Tax Management 10. Actual v/s Planned Tracking and course correction 11. Board &amp; Cost Management Qualification: CA with 5-9 years of post qualification experience Eligibility: 1. Experience in strategic planning and execution. 2. Very strong analytical &amp; problem structuring ability 3. Should have knowledge of SAP HANA 4. Should be exceptional at Microsoft office- excel, Power Point, Word 5. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to build metrics, financial models templates, ready CMA data 7. Should be innovative, have perseverance and have the capability to think outside the box 8. Should be a great team player, ability to manage and review performance of the team 9. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule. Preference: 1. Candidate should be dynamic, very good at communication 2. Ability to build metrics, financial models and templates to facilitate problem solving 3. Ability to build great talent, process and system within organization 4. Helps in due diligence &amp; model development for investors / bank financing etc. 5. Ideal candidate should have experience of working in both in a Big4 and/or manufacturing industry 6. Immediate joiners preferred
