Job Title - Senior Manager Finance

Role - Accounting, Controlling & Reporting

Grade - Dept/SBU Finance

Location Chennai

Organization Relationships

Reports to Accounting controller

Supervises Accounts Officer, Outsourced resources,

Co-ordinates with: Accounting, FP&A, Operations, Tax & Customs

Internal PAIPL,PAPPL & PCAM

External Auditors

Purpose of the Role

Overall in-charge of the Accounting operations, SAP improvements, undertake Accounting reviews of various transactions

Job Responsibilities

- Technical Accounting review of all transactions, including Lease accounting, Government incentives, Revenue recognition, DTA, any other technical review of accounting treatments

- Accounting compliances on IND AS & IFRS

- Monthly closure of books & Analysis of financials

- SoX controls on Accounting

- Balance Sheet reviews, ageing analysis

- Review of provisions

- Account reconcilations - Monthly

- Oversight on Accounts Payables

- Generation of various MIS , Reporting the same to global team & timely closure of there queries.

- Identify accounting and financial issues.

- Work with department and functions on tracking and reporting of cost KPIs

- Co-ordinate with Auditors & ensure timely completion of audit of books of accounts.

- Co-ordinate with IT team for development of various new reports & automations in SAP
