Hiring for a renowned private sector bank

Role Details :

Handling of end-to-end process of all disciplinary actions related to employee misconducts

Overall Job Description :

1. Issuing / drafting notices to employees for unethical behaviour, etc.

2. Fact finding exercise including collection of evidence;

3. Representing the management side during the domestic enquiries

4. Preparing communications (Letters of explanation, Show cause notices / Charge Sheets / Proceedings and Findings of Enquiry / Final Orders / Warning Letters etc.) on issues of misdemeanors and aberrations observed by operations / businesses teams

5. Drafting and conveyancing in the matters related to employment laws and service disputes

6. Coordinating with the lawyers and employees representing the bank before different authorities on behalf of the Bank and giving them briefs, drafts of statements to be made, etc.

7. Assisting to business leaders including the investigating officers, Enquiry Officers, Disciplinary Authorities / Appellate Authorities, etc. in the matters of disciplinary action, etc.

8. Appearing before the authorities such as Conciliation Officers, Shops & Establishment authorities, Labour Commissioners, the Courts, Industrial Tribunals, High Courts (through lawyers), etc.
