Job involves ownership of digital marketing (primarily remarketing) to efficiently drive valuable metrics for 99acres and its clients, execution and optimization of cross channel digital marketing campaigns Key Responsibility Areas : - Plan and execute cross channel digital marketing and remarketing campaigns, aligned to expected performance and returns - Work with internal and external creative teams to design sharp and effective communication for digital campaigns - Work on digital marketing platforms to execute campaign in the most efficient manner. Re-marketing campaigns in specific - Work closely with the Sales &amp; Product Teams and execute campaigns to meet business objectives. - Monitor impact of each campaign/project on key site metrics and report to stakeholders, on a regular basis. KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role) : - Efficiency metrics like click thru rates, conversion rates and cost per query - Lead qualification ratio and qualified leads at lowest CPLs Requirements : - Should have conceptual understanding of paid digital mediums like adwords and facebook. Analytics platforms like google analytics omniture etc - Exposure of running remarketing campaigns on google, facebook or any other specialized tools like sociomandit, cretio is a plus - Should have strong analytical and data skills.
