Job description - Sr. Manager/Manager - Digital Marketing Performance Marketing: - Ensuring daily traffic(through search, social &amp; affiliates) &amp; conversion for the brand website - Targeting for 3% of overall sales through the brand-owned website - Ensuring the end-to-end smooth customer purchase &amp; experience Social Media Management : - Social Media management: with regular engagement, blogger management for the brand and regular activities (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube &amp; twitter along with UGC) (growing 15% organically MOM) - Live consumer engagement through Facebook/ Instagram Live: Doctors engagement to enhance the brands reputation in skin care (ensuring 8 Live activities every month) - Display marketing leading to online awareness &amp; sales through Youtube, Social media, SEM, Display Networks &amp; Affiliates. Community Development : - Parenting Apps: Direct collaboration with multiple parenting apps for engaging mothers, creating and publishing content on those apps &amp; Whatsapp groups - Creating and engaging groups of mothers on all social media touch points - Creation of brand evangelists who in-turn create content for brand &amp; help increase SOV - Blogger: relationship management &amp; activities for product reviews and for seasonal events for product information - Online PR: for more readers to divert back to the website and providing lots of back links Ecommerce Sales &amp; marketing with: - Ensuring (45% of the total business with 80% YOY growth) proper PO's &amp; fill rates for the brand with all the partner platforms - Regular A+ content updation for Ecommerce portals - Relationship building with Ecommerce buyers - Firstcry: Monitoring Targeting &amp; branding campaigns, sampling and engaging the TG for sales - Amazon: search ads on Amazon Marketing System, Sales supply fulfilment, PO's from Amazon supply partner, marketing activities like search &amp; visibility on AMS - Nykaa: Ensuring the content and regular sampling activities, regular PO generation - Bigbasket/ 1MG etc: ensuring regular visibility &amp; business generation - Regional distributor &amp; supplier management for EcommerceOthers - External Agency management for Creative Content generation &amp; Media management - Mobile Application development for Sales automation at the organizational level. Requirement: Education: MBA/PG in Marketing Experience: - At least 5-7 years of experience
