Senior Manager/Manager - Developer Finance - Construction Finance/Real Estate Funding

Looking for people who are into construction finance or real estate funding

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Sourcing of developer finance and Marketing model offers.

- Engage with Developers to build and strengthen relationship.

- Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of Developers are timely addressed.

- Do fresh tie up with Developers.

- Design and execute promotion schemes with Developers.

- Design/Build and execute Subvention business with Select Developers.

- Ensure sustained growth from under construction business.

- Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue.

- Resolve partner query's to the best possible satisfaction of partner
