Senior Manager/Manager - Cross Sell Governance - BFSI

- Manage Cross Sell Program of Service Recovery team including:

- Liaison with Business Teams, Operations Team, Lead Generators to manage all activities related to the project

- Core focus on preparing Sales Dashboards, PPTs, daily data management & monitoring of business

- Undertake quality control of leads Quality, enhancing lead generation count and focusing on increasing revenue out of Cross Sell

- Identify, document, analyze and ensuring the project meets business needs / strategic aims

- Testing and develop controls around digital initiatives / Process

- Maintaining post production effectiveness of deployments and change management

- Manage project progress as per committed timelines, performance and quality, including evaluation and benefits realization

- Manage project meeting requirements, producing & presenting written and oral reports/management information

- Identify user training needs and ensure appropriate training is provided"
