Client Details :
The client is Europe based organisation with global presence (30+ countries), a leading player in the FMCG/FMCD/Retail/E-commerce industry. They are a well-known brand, with a unique business model.
Description :
- To drive the business from a commercial point of view by partnering with various key stakeholders
- Determine pricing strategies for various product categories by mapping the needs of the customers
- Strategize, design and implement rewards schemes for the marketing and sales team and drive profitability using cost controls
- Regularly engage and monitor their business movement with the regional sales team.
- Since the organisation is focused on an employee friendly culture, there strong will be strong focus on grooming team members and managing the sales team.
Profile :
- A successful candidature will be a CA or MBA Finance working in FMCD, FMCG, Inernet/E-commerce, Retail, Alco-Bev etc industry with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance, commercial finance management, managing the P&L and work on revenue strategies.
Job Offer :
