Successful Candidates : - Excellent Communication skills. - Experienced in Content management. - Excellent Project Management Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving and Analytical Skills. - Strong conflict management and Negotiation skills. - Worked with high level of accuracy and attention. - Proficient in MS Office, New Age Tools/ Apps and Communication Channels. - Exposure to Employee Welfare Law and Policy will be an advantage. - Graduate in any Stream or MBA/ PGDBA in HR will be preferred.
