Sr. Manager / Manager - Business Finance

Responsibilities :

- Report on monthly financial performance metrics (KPIs) to provide insights on key business trends

- Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing, packaging and business planning decisions

- Manage and drive efficiency in processes such as financial planning, reporting, business reviews, and business planning

- Track and report on initiatives to grow the business and optimize profitability

- Understand and analyze large data sets to generate additional insights into opportunities and risks

- Build trust with sales and product teams as an effective finance partner

Required skills & experiences :

- Strong Analytical ability and advanced Excel skills

- Ability to articulate complex problems & solutions through numbers

- Impeccable business judgment, strong conviction and confidence to communicate and influence business decisions & partners effectively across all levels of the organization

- Organized, detail oriented, self-starter and able to deal with ambiguity

- 4-8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, pricing, investment research or similar roles

- MBA from a reputed institute will be preferred

- Candidates with experience in Software or Enterprise businesses will be preferred
