A seasoned and successful IT Product Sales Manager with over 9 years of experience and extensive experience in the European, Middle East, Africa & India preferably with exposure to Banking, Financial Services or Fintech. Should carry proven global stakeholder management experience and extensive travel to the said geographies. - Lead all aspects of the marketing, sales, and business development strategy for the EMEAI market including product development/design, marketing collateral, product, positioning, digital, content and branding, to achieve short and long-term sales growth and profitability goals; - Collaborate with existing, US-based creative personnel on the creation of marketing collateral specific to each country or region within the EMEAI market; - Create marketing campaigns from strategy to execution that drives revenue, attract unawares, activate new leads and move existing leads through the pipeline; support sales and revenue goals across the sales team with an eye for a region- or market-specific opportunities; - Position the brand architecture and strategy, as well as its implementation in the EMEAI market; - Manage all aspects of the value proposition and customer-facing message, specific to each country in the EMEAI market; - Develop marketing programs that are embraced by customers and field leadership; drive increased revenue that is easy to implement, track and reward; - Conduct market analysis including industry, market, and consumer trends; utilize data to develop pricing strategies and forecasting; - Maintain an accurate and up-to-date understanding of trends, best practices, changing market dynamics and prevailing attitudes and approaches and how to position the company's financial services products to increase leads and opportunities; and - Develop a comprehensive enterprise digital marketing strategy including content and web marketing, social and other demand generation tactics, specific to the countries and regions within the EMEAI market.
