Qualification- B.Tech (pref). & MBA from a Tier - institute
10+ years of experience in Labels/ Packaging Industry / International Markets
Role & Responsibility:
1. Independently develop a portfolio of business to accelerate the sales growth potential of the organization
2. Target new client opportunities Market Analysis, Planning and Projections for International Market
3. Develop strategy for market segment(s) growth and change
4. Achieve annual revenue and volume targets for the packaging material
5. Prepare the sales plan and implement the same
6. Ensure the market coverage by building and maintaining relationship with existing and new clients by providing most economical and desired solutions for the customers.
7. Build strong relationship with key decision makers at customer for continuous business
8. Maintain coordination with Product Development and production teams for ensuring development of desired products and adhering to the supply schedules of the clients.
9. Provide market intelligence to Directors
