Reporting To AVP/DVP - BSG Corporate

A. Position Purpose -

New system implementations and system enhancements and support in Compliance domain

B. Position Responsibilities -

Sr. Key Responsibilities -

1 Understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements

2 Work closely with business, compliance, and other end users to understand their processes and requirements, document them and obtain sign off

3 Co-ordinate with different stakeholders for end to end implementation of the project

4 Contribute to UAT testing and implementation

5 Follow up with upstream and downstream systems for design and critical issues

6 Participate in periodic status calls

7 Make sure necessary ETL's and batches are running daily.

8 Take care of maintenance and support activities for Compliance application.

9 Good Vendor Management and Team management Skills.

C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications -

Essential Eng. Graduate preferred and or MBA with certification in compliance/ Graduate

Experience -

Essential -

- 3-5 Experience on AML/KYC norms and processes

- Good Domain knowledge of Compliance in Bank with relevant experience in IT or Business

- Knowledge of FATCA regulation and processes

- Knowledge of Fraud prevention processes will be an added advantage

- Efficient follow up skills

D. Competency Requirements -

a. Technical Skills -

Skill Attribute -

SQL or any database query tool Good knowledge of database query tools

Ms Office Good documentation and presentation ability

b. Behavioural Skills

Skill Attribute -

- Communication Excellent communication skills

- Open to new initiatives Must be willing to take initiatives, accept new responsibilities
