Senior Manager/Manager - Brand & Creative Management - FMCG Agency (4-6 yrs)

Key responsibilities:

- Develop the brand strategy and positioning for each organizational sub-brand within fmcg foods and non-foods space

- Write the marketing brief for all campaigns on sub-brands

- Consumer Immersion to understand the barriers and triggers for the products to create an impactful marketing plan

- Ideate on and create 360- campaigns for new launches; including off-app brand visibility on TV, Print, OOH and on-store on the companies Android, iOS apps and web pages

- Develop the social media and digital strategy for promotion of the sub-brands

- Develop the brand architecture for new sub-brands across product launches

- Work with the Central Marketing team for fitment of the organizations sub-brands with media strategy of the companies mother brand

- Work with the Digital & Engagement teams to create consumer journeys from off-app digital media channels to on-store sales

- Grow share of the sub-brands on the mother brand platform across key categories

- Develop and manage internal design team as well as external creative agencies

- Measure effectiveness of brand and impact on business goals

- Educate cross functional teams on marketing design, campaign briefs and business reports

What we require:

- 4-6 years of brand strategy and/or management experience across FMCG or grocery retail industries/clients

- Brand planning in advertising agencies would be a plus

- Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Advertising

- Experience in brand campaigns with a mix of digital, traditional offline and BTL experience and demonstrated creative excellence

- A great passion for consumers and consumer experiences, with a dependable ability to utilize consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to form brand strategy, product innovation and customer experience

- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to interact and influence multiple partners and internal/external stakeholders

- Ability to multi-task and be able to handle multiple brands/categories simultaneously

- A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution and resourcefulness
