- Experience in devising & executing in-store campaigns & promotions
- Beauty industry experience

Broad KRA- s:
Campaigns:
- Develop the annual campaign calendar in line with the monthly sales ask
- Ownership of each campaign from concept to performance analysis
- Design data driven campaigns: concept, promotional offer, KPIs, etc.
- Develop customer journeys: in-store & site for all campaigns
- Timely execution of campaign & its elements: Work closely with VM, SCM, Sales training, etc. to ensure all aspects are in sync for timely roll-out
- Amplification of campaigns: Work with PR, SM& CRM to ensure maximum visibility
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitoring campaigns against pre- defined KRA's and developing MIS reports to analyze performance.
- Formulate annual calendar for mini/ short burst campaigns to drive footfalls
- Liaising with ASM / store teams to ensure relevance of campaigns and to seek on-going qualitative feedback
Events:
- Develop store-wise annual event calendar in conjunction with PR
- Enable execution of non PR events at stores
- Participation & leveraging mall events
Visual Assets:
- In-store & store fa- ade trans light and digital screen strategy
- Mall SOH maintenance
- OOH strategy & execution
Others:
- Establishing & maintaining relationships with Mall marketing teams
- Vendor management
Skill set:
- Ability to analyze data & undertake data driven decisions
- Interpersonal skills
