Senior Manager/Manager - Analytics - KPO (8-12 yrs)
We are looking for candidates with strong experience with statistical concepts and applying statistical techniques
The role will be
- Lead in delivery of pilot and ongoing projects/engagements.
- Convert business problem into an analytical problem by assessing available data sources and data sets.
- Design and evaluate relevant analytical approaches, tools, techniques to solve the business problem.
- Lead the team in evaluating relevant machine learning techniques and choose /propose a champion model
- Independently plan and execute key projects including last mile to delivery
- Spot opportunities that could potentially generate new business for Ugam within existing and new client accounts
- Support Pre-sales/problem definition and solutioning when needed with high-quality and well-organized presentations
- Research and develop point of views on emerging problems, new ways (deploying modern technologies, techniques)
Statistical tool:
- SQL/NoSQL
- R, Python required, SAS, PySpark a plus
- Tableau/Spotfire/QlikView/PowerBI
- Regression Analysis, Random Forests, Segmentation and Clustering
