WHAT DOES THIS ROLE HOLD FOR YOU??

New Auto division of Girnarsoft is looking for an Analytics Manager/Sr. Manager who will work closely with leaders across Product, Sales, AdOps and Marketing to support and implement high-quality, data-driven solutions and reporting. The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mind-set to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our company. We are very particular about the quality of this team because they will drive the next phase of growth at India's leading auto-tech company.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Build, develop and maintain reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.

- Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality

- Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, sales,marketing and product teams.

- Train and supervise analyst-level employees

- Develop a deep understanding of internal system databases, Google Analytics and Webmaster

- Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, as well as modelling, visualization

- Plan and prioritize various projects and tasks related to data

- Provide Data support to Sales for various pitches and analysis. Extract insights and opportunities from Data.

- Work on data and pull presentations

- Connect dots and put random unstructured information in a structured logical format.

- Application of audience data, segmentation across display, social and video.

APPLY IF YOU HAVE:

- Over 3+ years working experience in a high-performance working environment e.g., consulting, ecommerce or Automotive industry

- Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.

- Established expertise in designing new dashboards, identifying right metrics, layout

- Proficiency in building dashboards on Tableau/PowerBI using best practices and intuitive visualization

- Familiarity with digital advertising, audience targeting and first-party data

- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.

- Top notch communication skills to convey key insights from complex analysis in summarized business terms

- Results-driven and ability to handle multiple projects.

- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.

- Ability to adapt quickly, and work with ambiguity.

- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Powerpoint

- Strong programming skills with querying languages: SQL, Mongo

- Good to have: Python, SAS, R, Data Science tools and Statistical Concepts, etc.

- B.Tech. from tier 1 colleges.
