Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate, implement & reinforce companys accounting policies and procedures

- Adherence to accounting standards & internal controls

- Standaridation in accounting manuals & SOPs across location

- Finalisation of accounts & preparation of balance sheet

- Computation of Income Tax quarterly basis

- Payroll processing & TDS calculation for employees

- Responsible for budgeting & cash flow related activities

- Liasioning with bank & departments for working capital & legal compliance

- Rendering all the services required for smooth internal audit process

- Ensuring compliance under Income Tax and GST, PF , ESIC , Labour laws, including timely returns and payments

- Generating MIS on monthly, quarterly basis as per defined MIS architecture

- Sharing Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly MIS & Financial Statement of Company.

- Managing Cash & Fund Flow Statement

- Finalizing of the Books

- Reviewing Budgeting & Variance analysis of financial data on monthly basis.

- Controlling and managing key values e.g., debtors / WIP / Accruals & Prepayments

- Authorizing Payments of Vendor, Employees & others as per authorized procedure.

- Checking & Processing Payroll as per company policy.

- Preparing projection & do analysis of expansion proposals.

- Ensuring timely reconciliation of Banks, Trade advances Term loan, Branches & vendors.

- Managing Statutory compliances.

- Coordinating with all departments for day-to-day smooth functioning of Business.

- Liaising with different government departments.

- Costing

- Coordinating with auditors for audit & solving the query of Auditor

- Any key issues to be highlighted to Director/CFO
