Position - Sr. Manager- Maintenance (Mechanical)

Qualification - Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Full Time)

Job Role:-

The position is accountable for executing of all Mechanical maintenance relating to the Phosphoric acid PAP1&2 Plant by attending to preventive / breakdown maintenance including planning for shutdown jobs to give maximum availability of plant for meeting production target and compliance to all statutory and safety systems.

- Accountable for planning and coordination of all preventive, planned maintenance activities and Shutdown breakdown activities across all plants. Should monitor the stock of spares of all critical equipment. 

- He checks the level in the PAP and advise Officers to raise the purchase requisition.

- Ensure that equipments are made available for production to meet the production targets as per the plan. 

- Interpret properly the cause and effect relationship arising out of condition monitoring so as to take proper corrective action to minimize repetitive breakdowns with the review of Root Cause Analysis. 

- Facilitate timely completion of Major CAPEXs across plants.

- Knowledge on mechanical equipments, Knowledge on SAP (Preferably SAP HANA), Procurement, Drawing, Knowledge on contracts, Maintenance, MIS Reports, Budget, CAPEX and Revenue, Manpower Planning, Maintenance, Shutdown Jobs, Equipments integrity.
