Senior Manager- ML Ops

- You will manage multiple projects of varying complexity and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for clients.

- He/ she will lead a team working across cross-functional groups, while contributing to new business development, supporting strategic business decisions and maintaining & strengthening client base.

- As an individual contributor, you will leverage your technical skills, business acumen and creativity to analyse business problems, build collaterals to support the sales call, do market research on the new leads, build point of views for the problems statements and execute proof of concepts and pilots. The ideal candidate is deeply analytical and detailed-oriented and capable of thinking independently.

Job Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon/Chennai/Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Management & Business Development:

- Lead periodical client communications and building the collaterals required (Reports, PPT, visualizations) and plan out the Call for Weekly, Monthly and Quarter cadence calls with different levels of stakeholders

- Adhere to the existing business processes to ensure smooth and on time delivery and productionization by following client processes and documentation

- Monitor the delivery across multiple teams and manage the delivery smoothly to meet milestones and promised target date

- Continuously identify new opportunities and help to genuinely solve problems for clients and help realize the impact.

- Scale the opportunities and help scale our revenue with a proper long term and short-term roadmap

- Build good client relationship with empathy and impact realization from the value add provided (Value over PPT)

- Manage three types of teams: Data Science, MLOps and Support teams

- Work on RFPs, Proposals, SOW, Documentation, Budget and Resourcing etc.

Technology:

- Has 10+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning, and demand forecasting

- Has 4+ years of Cloud experience in Azure, Azure DevOps, Databricks, Azure Data Factory - Azure based ML Architecture

- Hand on experience in Python, PySpark, SQL, OOPs concepts

- Has 2+ years in MLOps technologies like CI/CD, ML Optimization, Code modularization, ML monitoring (PowerBI, Drift detection, model metrics) etc.

- Has exposure to multiple open-source MLOps tools and libraries

- Knows OOPs concepts and capable to take code review and Architecture review for ML based solutions

- Technical problem solving from a DS, DE and DevOps point of view

- Understanding the business problem at hand and then solving using technology

- Capable to plan out new model development within the same business

- Continuous Evaluation of ML Solutions and suggesting changes proactively to improve model performance

- Best Disaster Recovery practices to be implemented and continuously improved
