Location - Chennai or Mumbai
We are looking for Senior Manager - M&A on behalf of our clients. You must have 5-6 years M&A experience from a Tier 1 Consulting firm, Tier 1 bank, Top Boutique, Big 4.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The full range of responsibilities to M&A.
- Origination of M&A transactions
- Candidate will work with teams on Post acquisition integration plan
- Candidate will work on ad hoc capital projects
- Assisting in execution of deals
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitch-books and related materials;
- Gathering public information through numerous sources;
- Creating merger and financial model analyses;
- Generating models for valuation metrics;
- Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financing and/or sell-side assignments;
- Building company forecast models;
- Analyzing company performance on an absolute and relative basis;
- Producing and maintaining various databases;
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have 5-6 years M&A experience from a Tier 1 bank / top boutique or Big 4
- A good knowledge of M&A and the ability to apply your skills creatively to diverse client needs;
- Sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytic skills; particularly DCF`s and LBO`s and the ability to talk through previous deals comprehensively when quizzed.
