Senior Manager - M&A - IT Organization

Description:

Our Organisation is seeking a self-motivated, team player (but capable of working independently) for its growing M&A team. As a  Senior Manager in the M&A team, the candidate will be expected to drive various aspects of global M&A of Company IT services business. The position requires good communications skill, sharp business acumen and high proficiency over valuation and due diligence. Understanding / experience with negotiation, definitive documentation and the ability to negotiate will be an added advantage.

Job Role:

- Key member of the central M & A team for Company IT businesses

- Identification of the inorganic pursuit areas in consultation with business units

- Run proactive Target pursuit using the network/relationship with global Investment bankers

- Deal execution activities include Due diligence, Business case preparation, Valuation & structuring, Legal and accounting aspects, negotiations and deal closure

- Plan, Oversee and guide an overall integration process

- Track past M & A performance

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Indian and international finance, Tax and accounting concepts and principles relevant for M&A transactions.

- Knowledge of the economic, investment, business and regulatory environment globally.

- Exposure to M & A transactions in Technology and IT services space

- Experience with Private equity firms will be an added advantage

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication skills, Ability to work with large teams

- Highly motivated and keen to take initiative; high levels of integrity and professionalism.

Education qualifications - MBA finance or Chartered accountant
