Senior Manager - Luxury Residential Sales (5-14 yrs)
1. 5 yrs or more years of experience in Real estate and selling plotted development and second home.
2. Should have worked in mentioned markets.
3. Have worked extensively on Channel Partner network across India ad NRI market. The person will be responsible for national/ regional role to develop Ancillary Markets across India interms of BD, Sales, Luxury Sales and distribution, P&L.
4. He/she will also be responsible to drive Channel Partner + Alternate channels distribution, Direct, Network marketing, databases, Investors network, NRI, repeat-referral and more.
Ancillary Markets:
1. West -Goa, Konkan Coastal Line, Sahyadri Hills - Lonavala, Kamshet, Pune outskirts - Khambatki, Somatne etc.
2. South - Bengaluru outskirt Plotted developments, Nandi Hills, Horsley Hills, Savandurga Hill, Yelagiri, Yercaud etc,
3. North - Kasauli, Shimla, Jaipur and More
