Job Details-
- Strategizing, planning and implementing the sharp club activities for the year in coordination with the agency
- Budgeting for the year as per the planned calendar of promo.
- Maximizing customer value using the Sharp Club program as a framework ensuring maximum profitability
- Responsible for operational management of the program in-market including leading customer behavior, voucher redemption and bonus point events
- Responsible for specific database segmentation to deliver growth through relevant, engaging and branded activities and communications
- Developing strategic and tactical loyalty initiatives to drive brand affinity.
- Extraction of actionable insights from customer data; using these insights to inform experience campaigns designed to engage, reengage, acquire/convert customers into loyal members
- Managing and Developing relationship driven Customer Care: Ensure function is kept up to date with any upcoming program events and managing key customer issues raised through Customer Care, leading them through to resolution
- Coordinating, writing and presenting quarterly reviews on engagement with the program
- Creating and delivering the targeted bonus points calendar with continuous analysis and data interpretation- liaising with Sales Teams, Brand Experience team and Finance
- Organizing A-LIST customer events together with the Propositions Manager
- Having experience with Agencies/ Retail organizations would be a perfect fit.
