Job Details-
- Manage strategic development of a customer-centric, loyalty based approach to marketing to deliver program goals for the business
- Leverage data at a group level to define innovative promotions
- Help define the problem statement and work with the Group Analytics partner for possible solutions
- Work with Analytics partner to help identify pro-active insights and build a strong consumer engagement plan to increase frequency of customer visits and their spend
- Engage with business stakeholders to plan and initiate marketing strategies within budgets to - increase the share of wallet-
- Work with the business stakeholder & analytics partner to ensure proper campaign delivery
- Leverage analytics to support profitable business growth with good category, price and catchment analytics
- Monitor & track effectiveness of analytics driven initiatives
- Present customer insights and performance dashboards to the business
- Share best practices across formats, for standardization
- Manage day-to-day execution of Loyalty program across stores of the business including driving enrolment, handling issues, handle fraud, in-store communication, etc.
- Focus on delivering an integrated customer experience across channels including SMS, email and in-store.
- Having experience with Agencies/ Retail organizations would be a perfect fit.
