Senior Manager - Loan Management System

Role & responsibilities

- Prepare MIS reports for LMS systems

- Calculate segment-wise yield for advances

- Collaborate with IT for new GL creation, mapping, and data transfer to EDW

- Coordinate with OPS team for Chart of Account and GL accounting

- Verify source system GL dump/Trial Balance with Oracle file uploads

- Address EGL file upload issues with IT and Oracle teams

- Coordinate bank reconciliations with operations and treasury teams

- Review and prepare reconciliations for all banks

Preferred candidate profile

- CA/MBA with 5-10 years of finance experience in banking/NBFC

- Strong knowledge of GL, LMS systems, and financial analysis

- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in teams
