Senior Manager - Loan Management System

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare MIS reports for LMS systems

- Calculate segment-wise yield for advances

- Collaborate with IT and OPS teams for GL creation, mapping, and data transfer

- Coordinate bank reconciliations and prepare reconciliations for all banks

- Ensure compliance with internal control principles and risk management methodologies

Requirements:

- CA or MBA preferred, or MCom/BCom with 10+ years of experience

- 5-10 years of experience in Finance, preferably in banking or NBFC

- Strong understanding of LMS systems, GL maintenance, and internal control principles

- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
