Senior Manager - Litigation - Food & Beverages/FMCG

- Litigation specialist with general non litigation experience, especially in contracts

- Responsible for litigation, legal notices, keep records of all licenses & compliances and all litigation matters

- Handle senior counsel; attend court & monitor litigation

- Support filing of cases & defend cases filed against Company - criminal & Civil including S/138 cases, consumer case notices

- Well networked with court & government authorities; should have hands on experience in domestic business & not only advisory role

- Exposure in IPR & contracts preferred

- Handle situations in a not very structured set-up; capable of setting up systems & taking it forward

- From F&B, FMCG or large corporate handling large legal operations

- Strong personality, mature, great communicator, have courage of conviction, dynamic to handle day-to-day of litigation
