Senior Manager - Litigation - FMCG - LLB

Hiring for one of our reputed FMCG client based out of Mumbai for the position of Senior Manager - Litigation.

Job Description:

- Litigation, to give business the edge by pre-empting its needs [foolproof agreements etc]

- Responsible for litigation, legal notices, keep records of all licenses & compliance and all litigation matters

- Support filing of cases & defend cases filed against Company - criminal & Civil

- Handle of S/138 cases, consumer case notices, recovery, defamation, attend court & liaison with advocates

- Familiar with FSSAI, Drug adulteration laws, terms of sales deeds etc

- Well networked with court & government authorities; manage all external legal interface; handle senior counsel

- General non litigation & contracts proficiency

- Should have hands on experience in domestic business & not only advisory role

- Experience in IPR and trademarks preferred

- Handle situations in a not very structured set-up; capable of setting up systems & taking it forward

- From F&B or FMCG handling manufacturing compliance

- Polished personality, great communicator, have courage of conviction, UPDATED LEGAL KNOWLEDGE, handle team

- LLb, 12-18 years experience, 38-45 years of age, lady or gentleman
