Senior Manager - Life & Pensions Operations
Role :
- Minimum twelve years of experience in the ITES sector
- Minimum four to six years of experience in a managerial role
(Must have experience in managing a span over 100)
- Graduate from a recognized university & relevant
Relevant International Insurance - Life and Pensions Operations
- Should have handled a team of 100+ FTEs
- Well versed with the application of process improvement tools
- Should have an done at least 1-2 transitions
- Should have been part of Process Improvement projects (Green Belt, Lean, re-engineering projects)
- Related industry certifications
- Prior work experience in UK/US Insurance domain preferred
Job Overview:
- Spear head service delivery operations for a leading American Insurance client, in the Life and Pensions space. Handling Operations delivery according to CLient SLAs and KPIs, handle escalations management, Farming and Mining the account efficiently
- Minimum team size in delivery would be close to 200 and candidate need to have handled similar delivery team sizes in his current or past portfolio.
- Role not just restricted to operations delivery but providing advisory services for any new deal acquisition - to the presales and Solutioning team and Business acquisition team
- Being a third party operations leader is expected is have a hands on expertise in Transformation, Process portfolio as well
- Leaders from Captive or 3rd party BPOs preferred but good analytical skills, excellent leadership qualities and stakeholder management skills expected
