Senior Manager - Legal - Telecom/Infrastructure/Power (8-9 yrs)
Senior Manager Legal
We are shortlisting candidates with Degree in Law from a well-known college and expertise and experience of business laws. He /She may have worked with leading companies or Corporate Law Firms or both.
Scope :
- Responsible for providing support on contractual matters; matters related to business/ commercial transactions and regulatory requirements.
- Should appraise stakeholders on legal and business risks
- Due diligence of legal matters and business transactions.
- Legal risk mitigation
- Ensuring compliance on regulatory matters.
- Vetting of relevant documentation
- Returns and other submissions
- Internal reporting
- Working with external legal experts for advice and litigation matters
Education / Experience / Skills :
- LLB/ LLM from one of the leading law colleges.
- Post qualification experience of 8-9 years in roles focused on above-mentioned responsibilities
- Sectors preferred - Telecom, Infrastructure, Power.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of legal and regulatory issues
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Understanding of laws and disclosure and filing requirements.
- Quick learner, ability to grasp industry and company's business dynamics.
- Strong collaborative skills.
