Senior Manager - Legal & Regulatory Affairs - Pharma

The purpose of this role is to provide in-house legal expertise and support on various corporate legal issues and legal compliance programs across the group and thereby use external counsels on high end strategic initiatives

- Drafting, reviewing and vetting of contracts

- Drafting suitable corporate funding, M&A related documents, business partnerships (JV and related ) documents

- Preparation and vetting of various internal and external SOPs, agreements, deeds, POAs, MOUs and other documents and their compliances

- Handling litigations (Consumer/ Recovery/ Criminal Cases/ Other matters)

- Advising the businesses/ functions on legal matters

- Managing Intellectual Property Right ( IPR) issues involving registration of Trademarks & Copyrights and initiating appropriate legal action against infringes

- Ensuring effective management of activities for the legal department

Candidate Profile

- Post Graduate Degree in Law (preferably Corporate Law)

- 10 + yrs of post - qualification experience

- Substantial experience and training in top law firms in India and / or abroad

- Sound Corporate Law background

- Excellent drafting skills

- Good understanding of managing & strategizing litigations

- Keen eye in identifying issues and provide legal solutions

- Sound knowledge of Corporate Law, Corporate Finance Structure/ Accounts & M&A

- Excellent communication skills(both oral & written)
