Job description :

1. Legal professional well versed in real estate laws, and nuances of litigation arising in a Real Estate sector, in an individual contributor role.

2. Must have experience in initiating/ defending/ managing litigation, with a keen aim at solving cases.

3. Should have the analytical bent of mind, where he/she can give valid and effective solutions to lawyers. Should be aware of the changing legal scenario and predict outcomes with careful analysis of the case.

4. Drafting, editing and finalizing agreements and other legal documents for commercial and residential sales, leases, property management, collaborations, joint ventures, bulk sale, project finance, loan facility, Indemnity bond, Undertaking, MOUs, Mortgage, engagement of real estate brokers, agencies, vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

5. Drafting of legal documents in compliance of various laws to get required approvals from Govt. authorities for residential and commercial projects.

6. Reviewing and drafting responses to legal notices received in coordination with external

7. Counsels to ensure that responses are filed within stipulated time.

8. Devising and implementing strategies for structuring complex business transactions.

9. Assessing key issues, commercial and strategic risks, and created strategies for mitigation.

10. Communicating and liaising with internal stakeholders, collating inputs, and ensuring timely closure.

11. Guiding the customer care team in handling customer issues including default cases, preparing document sets for amendments in the customer account, devised strategy for resolving customer disputes, and creating appropriate responses to customer grievances.

12. Directing and supervising compliance to the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 and state rules framed thereunder.

13. Appearing in high court, lower court and tribunals for various cases.

14. Briefing senior counsels about the cases and documents to be presented.

15. Conducting extensive research work, handling procedural aspects in various courts.

1. Ideal candidate should be LLB Graduate having good experience in handling litigation matters.

2. Should have strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

3. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.

4. Should have good interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective relationships at all organizational levels.
