Senior Manager - Legal - Leading Real Estate Client - Bangalore

Job Description : 

- Loan Documentation, co-ordination with banks/ financial institutions, NBFCs etc. relating to credit facilities of different nature as Commercially Agreed by the Corporate Finance Department.

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiation, due diligence of mortgage documents and commercial contracts.

- Property documentation, review and preparation of Risk/Liability Matrix

- Basic knowledge of court procedures under CPC and CRPC.

- Attending Sub Registrar office for registration of Mortgage Documents.

Desired Profile: 

- Looking for candidates with 5 - 7 years of experience in Project Funding from any bank/financial institution

- Must have handled project funding for real estate business of larger portfolio.
