Senior Manager - Legal - Pharma (11-15 yrs)
One of the reputed Pharmaceutical Company is looking for hire Senior Manager for their Hyderabad office. Looking for 10-16 years of PQE.
Job Description:
- Advising and representing businesses including healthcare and education concerns, with respect to general legal matters as well as on regulatory framework and legislative landscape, corporate compliances and litigation.
- Drafting and vetting of a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Candidate should have Pharma and Secretarial dispute experience.
- Represent clients from diverse industrial sectors including pharmaceutical, chemicals, biotechnology, FMCG, automobiles, food and manufacturing with respect to a wide gamut of projects related to patent analytics, claim drafting, end-to-end prosecution, strategic patent lifecycle management as well as a managing a large international portfolio for trademarks.
- Represent pharmaceutical companies in litigations (writ petitions) with respect to pharma regulatory laws before Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court.
- Advised generic pharmaceutical companies with respect to representations pertaining to drug pricing and statutory compliances before National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority and under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and other drug laws of India.
- Assisted international law firms with respect to patent infringement litigations and deposition procedures for obtaining evidence in relation to discovery proceedings under The Hague Convention in India.
- Develop Data Privacy Compliance Strategy, implementation of Data Privacy Framework, Drafting Policies, providing employee training and data privacy awareness, handling data subject access requests, conduct data privacy impact assessment, good understanding of GDPR, global privacy legislations and international data transfer issues with respect to applicable data privacy laws.
