Senior Manager - Legal Operation LPO

1) Handle end to end contract management for US Clients (Should be ok to work in Shifts)

2) Contract drafting, negotiating, redlining, abstraction, summarization and playbook creation.

3) Manage Team and Deliver Multiple Legal Document Review (LDR) projects

4) Monitoring production numbers and Reporting on production numbers and quality levels and also assist in query resolution

5) Identify and implement Process Improvement Opportunities

6) Work in collaboration with Sales Team in relation to RFIs and RFPs

7) Ensure that project is compliant with every requirement laid down by the Quality Department
