Senior Manager - Legal - Non Litigation - BFSI - LLB (3-7 yrs)
Experience in any bank/law firm/FI - To be part of the Retail Transaction Legal Team
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Document drafting- drafting and vetting of all types of agreements, MOU's etc.
- Handling Legal activities, Legal Advice to various business verticals and functions on legal issues.
- Handling the Legal Activities of the Company. Interpretation of law/ regulations and advising their applicability
- Monitor changes in legislation, regulatory environment and new law amendments along with implications thereof on the organisation and prepare notes and updates for the same apprising the team and the management about the same.
- Advisory services, drafting, digital lending, social media related, legal operations, compliances, contract drafting.
- Conduct periodical review of standard loan and security documents for the respective Business Groups / Sectors to bring the loan and security documents in terms with changes in laws, policies, court judgments, etc.
- Good knowledge of Laws relating to Banking and NBFCs, Corporate Laws, General and Commercial Laws.
