- Ensuring legally compliant Agreements and Documentation in Corporate Lending

- Overseeing Litigation, Pre-Litigation strategies for entire wholesale finance which includes term loans, working capital loans for Project Finance, Structured Finance, Corporate Finance, Real Estate Finance and other corporate issues.

- To interpret entire consortium finance documentation, accordingly strategize legal response before the consortium.

- Project finance in various infra sectors viz; highways-roads, coal, wind power, hydro power, bio-gas, solar, barge-vessels, railways etc.

- Spearheading planning strategy, advisory, litigation strategies in Corporate Finance which also includes debentures, bonds and term loans for various sectors of industry including textile, pharmaceuticals, information technology, etc.

- Spearheading Arbitration, litigation and strategy for Real estate finance in milestone projects.

- Handling litigation and entire immovable property documentation support including adjudication, registration and re-conveyance for premises committee which also includes perfecting property papers and aiding selling of assets.

- Handling issue pertaining to debentures and bonds issued and subscribed by the Company.

- Handling Legal research and updates for the entire group legal.

- Representing before NCLT, Insolvency Professional, Debenture Trustee, Security Trustee, DRT and all trial Courts, High Courts & Supreme Court.

- Briefing all law firms, senior counsels, counsels and Advocates.
