Reporting Structure :

Reporting of Legal Counsels and Senior Legal Manager will be to the Legal Head.

What will you do every day?

- Strong experience in handling private equity/venture capital investments, merger & acquisition, cross border transactions (both inbound and outbound.)

- Corporate structuring and commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, employment agreements etc.

- Corporate, labor, technology, privacy and commercial advisory, including drafting of various policies.

Your Superpowers :

- PQE : 7-8 years, with prior work experience with law firms and/or in house roles.

- The candidates should have sound knowledge of the Companies Act, Foreign Exchange laws, Labor laws, Tech and Privacy laws, Content Reviewing, Advertisement Laws and Corporate laws

- Experience in litigation, if any, is an optional requirement.
