Senior Manager - Legal - Manufacturing - LLB (6-8 yrs)
This position will support the VP Legal & Secretarial in handling the legal work for the client and its group companies in India
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Drafting and reviewing various kind of agreements.
2. To handle and co-ordinate on legal matters and litigation in relation to India operations.
3. Support on business advisory and interpretive issues
4. Support on Intellectual Property matters
5. To contribute on various legal and compliance related projects
6. Legal and compliance MIS.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- A Law Graduate (LLB) with about 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in drafting and negotiation of agreements is needed.
- Prior experience in dealing with courts and external lawyers is a must.
- Should be innovative and flexible.
- Good drafting skills are essential to this role.
- Should have ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines
