Looking for LEGAL - SR MANAGER FOR A REPUTED COMPANY IN MUMBAI Location: Marol Andheri Exp: 8+ years Reporting to: CEO Following are the prerequisites for this role: - Handling property matters, leave license, franchise agreement, due diligence expertise, and experience is a must. - Drafting, negotiating and finalizing all types of contracts including service level agreements, procurement contracts, master supply/purchase agreements etc. - Drafting, vetting &amp; Drafting LOI, MOU, affidavits, indemnity bonds etc. - Finalizing various notices, replies etc. - Database management of contracts and structuring the record keeping. - Answering internal queries from other departments of the company. - Handling licenses and registration with authorities when required. - Handling pending cases where the company is one of the parties. - Laisoning with senior counsels, lawyers and authorities wherever required. - Handling matters pertaining to litigations by customers - Support in preparing legal notices, suits, legal replies, briefs for legal advisors/solicitors.
