Skills : Ability to deal with senior stakeholders Open to looking at candidates from tier 2 law colleges

- Manage internal/ external stake holders, independently.

- Manage litigation (civil, criminal).

- Ensure compliance of orders/ directives.

- Manage drafting and vetting of Agreements /representations.

- Track, manage and update MIS.

- Take steps to mitigate legal risk.

- Ensure compliance.

- Enable knowledge share on various matters/ aspects.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :

- Timely drafting of responses/ revert/representations, for notices, legal cases, interactions.

- To reduce turnaround time for preparation and vetting of Legal Documents.

- Strategizing and managing cases / issues before various judicial/ quasi judicial/ authorities.

- Timely monitoring, tracking & handling cases / issues.

- Ensure, compliance of various orders of courts/ quasi judicial bodies. directives of authorities.

- Maintaining Management Information System for the Legal Dept.

- Provide timely and accurate update on relevant legal/governing, aspects and developments in the Legal perspective.

- Advising business / other departments and teams on legal issues/ matters.

- Advising, tracking and ensuring compliance of requisite statute, directives.

- Proactive identification of legal risk with regard to business, and providing practical solutions.

- Research and update on developments on legal issues of general importance and real estate.

- Appointment, briefing of advocates and other stake holders with regard to Legal matters and issues relating to business.

- Providing support to various business functions/ departments.

- Providing training with regard to legal aspects.
